Pownce more secure then E-Mail? I dont think so, beside the reason Leo mentioned (which can happen with E-Mail if you are at a hotspot and reading E-Mail) also with Pownce you are signing your life away with its ToS.
While E-Mail might bounce off a few other servers on its way, its not being put in to control by any one person or site and to get the information someone will have to track down those servers and get them. And if your running your own server, you dont have any messy ToS issues and so on that you might find with having gmail hosting your mail. The big whole there is the person receiving the E-Mail. But the best way to secure your E-Mail, get GPG and encrypt them. Sunday, 8 July 2007

The thing i wonder, why does ATT allow users with unlimited wireless use there own ATT wifi for free, even in the small areas they are in. But T-Mobile out of the US is great, i remember being in Köln, Germany and the laundry mat i was at was a T-Mobile Hot Spot! I just thought how cool, and this was 3 years back.
